Vogar Travel Service - Camping Rules

We want all our guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. To ensure this, please follow these simple rules:

 

Quiet Hours

• The campsite must be completely silent from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM (23:00–06:00).

• If there is any disturbance, notify the staff on call +354 464 4399​

Safety

• Do not leave valuables unattended. Always lock your vehicles and secure your tent.

• The campsite is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Report any suspicious activity or incidents to the reception staff immediately.

Respect for Others

• Be considerate of other guests.

• Keep noise levels low when using radios or music devices. Use headphones if possible.

• Children must be with a parent or adult guardian, who is responsible for their safety.

Pets

• Pets are allowed on a leash only.

• Clean up after your pet.

​

Cleanliness & Environment

• Keep the campsite clean. Use the designated trash and recycling bins.

• Shared kitchen: Wash your kitchenware, wipe them dry, and put them back.

• Do not hang wet clothes on the radiators.

Fires & Cooking

• No open fires are allowed.

• If using a barbecue or cooking equipment, take precautions.

• Do not use grills on the grass, wooden terrace or wooden furniture.

• Do not use your own gas camping stoves inside the facility buildings.

• If the fire alarm goes off, please contact the camping staff as soon as possible (call on +354 464 4399). Do not attempt to turn off the alarm yourself.

Facility Houses

• Facility houses are closed from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM for cleaning.

• Do not enter guesthouse buildings and do not use guesthouse´s facilities.

​

Check-Out & Monitoring

• Guests must leave the campsite before 12:00 PM.

• Late check-out is only possible with receptionist approval.

• The campsite is monitored.

​

Other Important Information

• Camping guests must not disturb guests staying in the guesthouse.

• Staff may request proof of payment if your vehicle is not on the paid list.

• The campsite is not responsible for damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or criminal activity.

By paying for your stay at the campsite, you confirm that you agree to follow all campsite rules.

If the rules are not followed, campsite staff have the right to remove guests from the campsite without any refund.
